The Festival Schedule

 

The festival consists of four days of activities cumulating in Race Day on Saturday 25th September.  The following list is the current expectation of the schedule but is subject to change.

 

Wednesday 22nd

  
15:00 to 19:30 Novotel Hotel - Royal Albert room Registration: All competitors must complete registration by 21:00 on Friday to pick up their race numbers, Festival T Shirt, Awards Party Ticket and other goodies  
15:00 to 22:00 Novotel Hotel Upper Deck Area WARRtering Hole: Meet up with other Airline WARRiors for a chat and a drink.  Notice boards will be provided for messages for arriving team members.
18:30 to 20:30 Kew Bridge Arches Kayaking and Canoeing in the Thames.  See other activities for arrangements.
19:30 to 20:00 Novotel WARRtering Hole 1985 WARR London 25 year reunion.  Meet up for a drink and a chat and perhaps a meal later.
 

Thursday 23rd

  
Daylight Hours
(also Friday)		 Orienteering Run and Quiz An opportunity to explore the area around the Royal Victoria Dock. Pick up the map from Registration and see other activities for details.

19:00 to 23:00 The Fox@ExCeL Meet&Greet: Informal gathering in the Fox pub including a performance by the Simon Ashford Jazz Quartet.

No registration after 21:00.
09:00 to 22:00 Novotel Hotel Upper Deck Area WARRtering Hole continues (see Wednesday).

(also Wednesday and Thursday)		 Competition T Shirts:  To be entered into the competition two Team T Shirts must be handed into the International Committee Member helping at Registration or at the start of the Team Captains meeting.
09:00 to 11:00 Novotel Hotel Boardroom Team Captains Meeting:  Team Captains to be briefed about the race and related matters.
11:00 to 12:00 Novotel Hotel Boardroom Future WARR Meeting: Team Captains invited to attend to find out about next years WARR venue and to discuss venues for subsequent years.
19:00 to 21:00 Leadenhall Market
