The concept of medals didn't arrive at WARR until the following year, 1985 London, but there was this "attractive Alamo gift" provided for competitors designed "to serve as a medal or as a key chain." |

This is the shirt that inspired the annual WARR Team Tee Shirt competition. After the BA Team turned up in Hawaii in these shirts the WARR International Committee decided to have an annual competition, the first one being held in Atlanta in 1986. |
