The Festival Headquarters for the World Airline Road Race Festival 2010 is the Hotel Novotel London ExCeL.

 

The Novotel is a new generation 4 star hotel ideally placed on the race course and adjacent to the ExCeL exhibition and conference centre.  The Upper Deck Restaurant and Bar overlooks The Royal Victoria Dock. All rooms offer high speed internet access. A gym, sauna and steam room are available as is onsite pay parking.

 

The Festival Headquarters Hotel will be the venue for Registration, the WARRtering Hole and for WARR meetings.  The Hotel will be a magnet for all Airline WARRiors to gather together to reminisce about past events and plan future engagements.

Use the link to the left of this paragraph to go to the Hotel Website, enter your dates and then enter the Preferential Code "WARR" and click on "Recalculate".  This should give you a room rate labelled "BA Event" that includes breakfast and good cancellation terms with a daily room rate of £135 single or £155 double.  This rate is probably no longer available.
